The eschool webboard 1.0 introduces the school-based initiated capability building framework, digital toolkit, and the e-learning social network that allow free on-line communication and learning collaboration between all teachers, pupils, and parents in the basic elementary education.
It intends to create a safe digital place for the elementary students to drop-by and find usable ICT based learning materials and activities that can help them achieve the learning performance criteria of English, Science and Mathematics.
It re-purposes the publicly available web applications and digital knowledge-base to realize the learning performance objectives of the school. The ICT based instructional resources allow the teacher to response appropriately to the learning conditions of the elementary pupils.
The eschool webboard serves as the on-line community for any NON-TECHIE elementary teachers to share on-line teaching experiences, lesson plans, and re-usable links. It is meant to be the place where on-line materials and learning guidance for both learners and parents can be published by any teacher, anytime and anywhere.
